Return window. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Condition. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags and any certificates of authenticity attached.
Non-returnable items. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Refunds. Approved returns are processed as store credit or an exchange. Refund method for faulty or incorrect items will be confirmed with you directly.
